Privacy and data

Privacy and data.

How we handle the information you give us. Last updated 10 September 2026.

Who we are

LUVIK LTD (company number 17044783, Registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for this website. Registered office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE. You can reach us at hello@luvik.co.

What we collect and why

Booking a discovery call. When you book through this site we collect your name, business name, work email, an optional mobile number for the reminder, and your answers to three short questions about your business. We use them to prepare for and hold the call and to send its confirmation and reminders. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Following up. After a call we may contact you about the system we discussed. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in following up a conversation you asked for. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying or emailing us.

How you found us. If you arrive with campaign parameters in the address (for example from an email we sent), we record them with your booking so we know which introduction led to the conversation. Nothing is stored on your device to do this.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes we will ask for consent first and update this page.

Who processes it for us

Bookings are stored in our customer-relationship system (HighLevel), which also sends confirmations and reminders. The site is hosted on Netlify. Calls take place on Zoom. Some of our internal workflows run on n8n. Each of these providers processes data on our instructions under its own terms. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

Client systems

When we build a system for a client we act as a processor for the personal data that flows through it, under a written agreement with the client. The client remains the controller of their customers’ data. AI steps inside those systems are built with Claude by Anthropic and operate within rules the client approves; they do not make decisions about people without a person involved.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case they form part of the client record. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@luvik.co and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
